I aim to fuse aspects of mental and physical health.
Moving is a huge part of who I am.
It took me a long time to realize I use movement to regulate my mental health. This connection is accessible and meant for all.
I’ve been teaching yoga for nearly 4 years. I’ve taught in studios, gyms, Nursing Homes, Community Centers, in parks, on Zoom, and in people’s living rooms. I’ve seen the movements found in yoga touch all types of people.
My classes will make you feel calm, they will make you feel challenged. Most importantly, they will meet you where you are.
“After my first meditation with Zoe I couldn't help but notice the striking difference in my mind and body; I felt lighter, more awake, and my anxieties had dissipated. Every class since then has left me feeling similarly. I always leave feeling like I've learned more about myself and created space in my body. My shoulders more relaxed, my head held higher, my breathing slowed and my mind focussed. Regardless of the day or world's events, Zoe’s classes are always welcoming and judgement and expectation free. I appreciate that she encourages everyone to do what feels best for them no matter the pose.”
